Major Donor Masterclass in Vienna
Having travelled to Vienna last year to attend the 32nd Austrian Fundraising Congress, I am delighted to be leading a full-day Major Donor Masterclass this year. Following a general introduction, the focus will be on the exciting yet challenging field of science fundraising.
Major donor fundraising is becoming increasingly important in the field of science and research. Why is this? When research projects, universities or scientific institutions can convincingly demonstrate the impact of their work, they attract philanthropists, foundations and high-net-worth individuals – and with them, vital financial support.
Important: In the morning, we’ll be covering the basics of major donor fundraising. This part is suitable for all sectors. In the afternoon, we’ll focus on fundraising for science and research.
